What is your policy on returns?
Read our Return Policy for information about online returns. Our online return policy differs from our store return policy.
Can I return or exchange items purchased online at one of your stores?
You may return or exchange product purchased online at our stores under certain circumstances. If the item has not been used, worn, or altered you can receive a refund in the store within 15 days, and an exchange/in-store credit within 30 days. The original online receipt must be present in either case, NO EXCEPTIONS. Unlike online returns, no RA number is required. However, we cannot guarantee the store will have the same sizes, colors, and selections offered online in the event of an exchange. If the return is due to a warranty issue, you MUST handle the return through our office. For information about online returns, read our Return Policy.
Which carriers do you ship with?
We use UPS shipping and US Postal Service. Read more about our Shipping Policy.
Can I purchase an item online and pick it up in your store?
Yes. If you would like to purchase an item online and pick it up in our store, simply select "Store Pickup" as your shipping option during checkout. You will need to specify in the comment section whether you'd like it sent to our Salt Lake or American Fork store. If a store is not specified we will send it to the store closest to your address. Allow two business days for delivery.
Are all the products in your stores offered online?
No. We have hundreds of products online and thousands of products in our stores. We are continually adding more products to our website, but we are not able to offer everything online. Call or email if you have questions about a certain product.
Are the prices online the same as prices in your stores?
In most cases our store prices and online prices are the same. Occasionally we run in-store specials for our local customers, and on-line specials for our web customers.
I am buying emergency supplies for a community or church group. Do you offer a discount?
Yes, emergency discounts are based on volume. Email sales@recreationoutlet.com to get a coupon code to use during checkout.
I am looking for a lot of product for a large group, a company event, an outfitting service, a youth camp, a scout event, etc. Do you offer group discounts?
Yes, we have a lot of experience working with large groups. Email sales@recreationoutlet.com with details about the project you are working on and we’ll help you with ideas or a quote.
